Margao: A one-year-old drowned in a bucket of water at Cazuwado, Balli, on Wednesday.
Police sources said the child was playing outside the house when he accidentally went near the bucket filled with water. As he probably leaned over the bucket, the child lost its balance and fell inside.
The Cuncolim police have booked the incident as a case of unnatural death.
